Stalk up on your favorite kinds of milk, produce, nut butter, or whatever else your heart desires, and enjoy endless flavor combinations. Try these 5 insanely easy and clean smoothie recipes for your next snack OR meal! Hot Tip: Measure out your ingredients ahead of time and assemble smoothie packs so they're ready to be grabbed from the freezer and blended in a pinch!

 

Chocolate Cherry Dream

1 – cup milk dairy, almond, oat milk, etc.

½ cup sliced banana (frozen is best)

1 cup frozen sweet dark cherries (NOT red tart cherries)

1 cup baby spinach

2 tablespoons almond butter

1 tablespoon 100% cocoa powder

a dash of honey (optional)

 

Tropical Bliss

1 – 1½  cups 100% pure coconut water

1 ½ cups frozen tropical fruit blend (any combo of pineapple, mango, papaya)

1 cup baby spinach

¼ cup raw cashews (sub: raw almonds or macadamia nuts)

 

Banana Milkshake 

1 cup sliced banana (frozen is best)

¼ cup plain Greek or vegan yogurt

¼ cup milk dairy, almond, oat milk, etc.

¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon almond butter

1 tablespoon chia seeds

 

Immunity Booster

1 cup frozen raspberries

½ cup sliced banana 

¼ cup coconut cream

2 tablespoons hemp seeds

¼ cup diced or grated beets

½ cup milk dairy, almond, oat milk, etc.

 

PSS (Pumpkin Spice Smoothie)

1 cup plain Greek or vegan yogurt

1 cup sliced banana (frozen is  best)

 ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice

⅓ cup milk dairy, almond, oat milk, etc.

1 tablespoon maple syrup

½ cup pumpkin puree

1 scoop vanilla protein powder
