Be a "Wake Up Early and Work Out" Person with these Simple Tips
July 09, 2025
Beep... Beep... Beep...
Nobody likes that terrible sound, especially early in the morning. The night before you swore to yourself you'd get up and get a workout in before the start of your long day. But now it's morning, and the bed is all, well, amazing.
Here are a few tips from the best of the best in the TITLE squad to get your body used to the early morning routine of waking up and working out (and winning).
Set two alarms. (Ew. But it works.)
The most important way to start your day is to start it on time. Oversleeping can make you even more tired and cause you to miss out on an intense TITLE Boxing Club class that will leave you energized and happier through the day. This is a simple step but it’s always better to be safe than sorry.
Flip the switch.
This can mean two different things. First, flip on the actual light switch in your bedroom so you can wake up and stay up. On the other hand, flip on that motivational switch in your head and think about how much better you will feel after you visit the club. Some people even watch motivation videos before rising in the morning for extra inspirational vibes.
Pack your bag the night before.
Get everything ready the night before, like your breakfast, water bottle, shoes, outfit and car keys. By doing so, you will save time and hassle in the morning. This is the most brilliant way to stay in bed longer, wake up on time, have your thangs ready to go, and get to working out.
Have a friend hold you accountable.
It’s already hard enough to wake up early. Don't give yourself the option of going back to sleep. If someone is expecting you to be there as their support, too, then it will be easier to get out of bed and make your way to class.
Hit the hay early. Like, actually.
Going to bed early will make it much easier to wake up early. You will feel rested and ready to take on the day. The amount of sleep you get affects your diet, your mood and the way you think which in return is a big part of how your day turns out.
