There are so many buzz words in fitness and healthy eating these days. Everything from kombucha to matcha and beyond, it can be hard to know what you should actually try! Smoothie bowls became popular as a refreshing meal option, a healthy snack or even a sweet-tooth satisfier. The best thing about smoothie bowls is how easy they are to make at home! We’re sharing our favorite recipes that are sure to keep you off any “pinterest fails” lists. 

  1. Berry Yummy:
    1. mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries and blueberries), peaches, spinach, vanilla protein, almond milk. Top with blueberries, black berries, granola and chia seeds.

  2. Tropical Trio:
    1. peaches, pineapple, banana, vanilla protein. top with blackberries, granola, chia seed and peaches.

  3. Choco-cado Tornado:
    1. chocolate protein powder, banana, avocado, almond milk. top with cacao chips, granola, banana and almond butter.

To make a smoothie bowl you’ll need to follow the below – very advanced instructions (kidding!):

  • Gather the above ingredients for the smoothie bowl you want to make.
  • Combine them in a blender.
  • Once you’ve made a smoothie, pour it into a bowl.
  • Top your smoothie with the suggested ingredients above.
