Do you personally recommend working out in the morning?
Yes! It is a great way to start your day and be sure you get in a workout. The end of peoples’ days can be unpredictable; sometimes, you don’t get in your planned workout. I work out in the morning because it is when I am the most energized and I feel a sense of accomplishment for the day before I even open my laptop to begin my workday.
